Entitled the site for 3,000 residential units, 3.5m sf of commercial space, school site and parks throughout the project. Managed 10 metropolitan districts, contracted for the sale of 600 single family lots and obtained all approvals for a 10 acre 246 unit apartment community. Brokered the sale of the apartment land to a national apartment developer.
